Buddy and I have a batch of nut brown 1 wk in, yesterday did a batch of hefeweizen. Hopefully they turn out alright, this is our first adventure doing the brewing. Made sure to sanitize everything as I figured thats the only way to **** it up.

who here (black cobalt ss with silver CSS.net stickers) was driving like an idoit at 2am on M59. Your giving a bad name to our cars.

Agreed, but first clue they would be driving like that is stickers -_- my opinion anyone on here drivin a black lowrise through a sub in Livonia? We kinda played chicken I had only fogs on.

Still have yet to do a nut brown. Got a milk stout ready to be bottled any day now, an ESB waiting to be kegged for the St.Pattys day party (which we are turning green) and doing an Alt beer fairly soon.

Yeah sanitizing everything well is a big factor. That and i recommend putting it somewhere dark so that no sun gets to it. UV rays **** beer up something fierce and can make it skunky (Heineken, Becks, Corona) I actually use a brown paper bag and pop it over the carboy while its fermenting does the job good. We should meet up one day and swap beers and knowledge.
