So the other week I get a letter in the mail from GM of Canada for some recall work for my car. It's a weird feeling knowing my car was meant to go to Canada. All standard gauges but that little three prong plug under my hood is just an odd thing.

I think they can be easily ruined, like any car though. I'm extremely picky and the buy isn't in stone yet; I'm still waiting on him to decide what he wants to do so maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm just getting ideas and hoping I can get a chance to work on it. It'd be an extremely fun project and something I can show my work off with.

Did it originally come from Canada or was a Canadian dealership suppose to be selling it but it got picked up before they received it? Never seen that before.

Not sure of what was supposed to happen to it, but I picked it up off a used car lot. I haven't gotten a chance to use the block heater but I will when I get my house

some boner cop in st clair shores got me for HID's in my GTP, and didn't like the fact i knew it wasnt illegal as they were in projector housings (its illegal if the housing is ment for halogen bulbs originally ) so i got 2 points for it.

So I had to take my car in to the shop today... Was at work and got to my last stop... Put it in park and went to turn the car off and the damn ignition wouldn't turn. Glad I have a warranty... I wasn't thrilled at all.

Ended up being the ignition cylinder. I'm also getting them to fix a few other things that were wrong too... Rear shaft seal, and both lower ball joints

Yup thats what goes on them. They told me I had a lot of 'dirt' in mine but thats a common problem. They didn't replace mine but thats what they should do, damn stealerships.
