if you bitch enough to corprate, its def possible! they do their best to make everybody happy. the store might not but once you call corprate then corprate calls that store and makes them fix what ever they fucked up!

Yeah i dont know, I will see what happens. The scratches are not deep but they are there, on every spoke and are the size of the panic button on your key fob all the way accross the spoke.

hah a discount tire near me bent my rocker when my car was 2months old. i saw it all happen because i stood outside.
he leaned my spare against it and lowered my car. and the spare popped out. it was funny, i stayed calm and asked for his boss. all i said was he bent my rocker and i saw it all happen. i was still outside and still heard the manager cussing the kid out from the office lol. they paid $550 for the repair and my rental for the week when i took it out of town 3 days after my car was done
might be really hard to get it fixed because you already left. call them a.s.a.p.

well lets see here i am working till 2:30 in the morning its a 3 hr drive i would have to leave at like 10 in the morning to drive 3 hrs, and then i would have to drive 3 hrs back that night unless i want to sleep in my trunk
