So, I think we should have a meet at the Dragstrip in Lapeer. I was thinking May 30th would be a great day. Saturday is test & tune and you can easily get 20-30 runs in. Hope a lot of people can make it! I've heard a lot of people say Lapeer's not a good drag strip but I disagree, I didn't notice anything bad about it.

lol I am 16 but got sick doing drivers segment 1 and had to do it later...now I gota wait 6 months to get it and yea I put a down payment on it and am paying it off by making monthly payments.....speaking of I have to go work soon lol

Definitely come out racing or not. You could run down the track just practicing ur shifting tho. You don't have to push for a 13 second pass. LS1 Camaro run a 15.5 yesterday while he was getting used to shifting and by the end of the day he was into 13's.

id like to go. about a 3 hour drive, but it'd be cool to go, if i knew there were a lot of people going. i wouldn't run it though, im all stock so. that's no fun. and automatic lol

 

Haha I'm auto and near stock too. You have to pay to get in regardless, minus well run, We could even share a helmet so you don't have to rent 1. I'll try to get us a discount price when I get a sure number of people coming.

 

Run the car you will have fun!! I know people who have raced stock fiesta and ran 18.xx. It is fun to work on your reaction time.

Im in im only about 20 min from the strip. Ill see if a few of my buddys wanna come too. Untill then if anyone is in the Grand Blanc area on the weekend around 9pm drive down saginaw thru Grand Blanc and right in the middle of town theres a parking lot everyone gathers at. Its accross the steet from a Jimmy Johns. Tons of cars up there this weekend. If its above 55 60 degrees there will be people. Some ricers but alot of other nice FAST cars.
