Yesterday NGALAXY TIMMY CALLED me and asked that we move the time back for the start of the meet. He was concerned that people would not be able to run on milan after his last experience there soooo..... I have asked once but I will ask one more time

Would you all like to push the start of the meet back to 10 am ? This will give us another 30 mins to get to the track and get ready.... get back at me and let me know

im down with meeting at 10.. last time we got there early, and everyone got 20+ runs in

 

well i highly doubt 20 + is going to happen... if everyone that says they are showing up is coming then there will be a **** load of us there.. I will be happy with 3 runs.....

I think meeting at 10 is a good idea. Hopefully you can make it up Rob. I can't wait to see this 12 second Cobalt at IDD and to have it at the Michigan Meet too would be awesome!!!

 

I'm going to try and make it but not sure i can afford another hotel trip. Unless someone has some floor space they can spare That way it is gas, beer and drag money.

I got a couch in Flint u can use...its about an hr north of the the meet

 

i've got a few couches i can spare in east lansing, but thats a bit of a drive.. about an hour and a half northwest of milan

 

I'll be there with the car. Still havent decided if i want to run the car or not. Its kinda going to have all the parts by track day. So i may just watch you guys, bring the video camera and have some fun. I've ran the car stock several times and dont want to break anything with the wheel hop.

 

So we're meeting on Telegraph at 10am, and heading to Milan at 1pm?

May be best to just get to Milan as soon as possible, considering how many people are probably going to attend.

That's assuming Milan opens at 12?

Looks like Junior Dragsters and Bracket racing as well as all the Test and Tune...... going to be so crowded. But, I'm still going, even if only to meet some people and check out all the Cobalts.

How far is the track from there?

 

I think Frank said it was about 40 mins. The track is probably closer to you than the meeting spot. Here is the address for the track:
