Im in flint by Atherton and dort hwy. The tires were only like $112 a peice. dont remember the name, didnt really care. said they had good thread wear and good traction so i was sold.

you totaly cant just trust the tire guy...good traction and good tire wear DONT mix...soft tires have good traction but bad wear...and vice versa.

post up what the name of the tires are and the rateings.

 

There cooper tires. and they hook up really good. I havent tried any launches cuz they will prolly jsut spin since its so cold out and i dont want waste rubber on the street warming them up. I'll save that for the track.

the weather at milan looks good for saturday.

if your planin on goin to the event at milan on the 28th heres the event in a nut shell...

plan on being at the track AT 10AM!.

so any pre-meets and such need to happen early....the motown mussle event is only going till like 12 or 1 then normal milan test and tune happens so we can stay for a while and get tons of runs in!!!

its gonna be $40 for the motown mussle part of the day and possibly more to stay for the rest of the test and tune event....not to sure about that

hey the tires are 215/45R/18 just like original stock ones. sry it took me so long had to go to Boxing from 6-8 and then i got a call and went to the movies with some Friends. anything else you wanna kno. and i cant stay at my bros saturday. so i might not beable to stay for the movie

I like them. they look nice, really nice threads on them looks like they'll handle good in wet and snowy weather. got nice some what wide and deep grooves. alot better then stock. took a couple corners faster then usual tonight around town and handles alot better. you dont hear that tire skidding chirping sound while turning. have even burned out in them yet, tempted. but aint gonna till the track.

the bigist issue i see is the fact that your speed rateing is SOOOOO much lower then OEM...not a good idea.

stock was a "W" at 168mph...now your at an "H" wich is 130...

so keep an eye on your speed there kid....stay under 120 or so.

LOL come to think about it. You prolly just saved my life. I have a thing with speeding. im in a hurry i speed and if its the Hwy way, everything is like a lil blur, for as fast i can get it to go. so now i know not to go over 120. really limits me, but to stay alive. i guess. i can still go to the track. Yes. whats everyone doing after movie? and how late is it gonna be. But i did know that the stock rating was like 170 or so. so dont think i didnt. the sales men that sold me that car told me. lol what a nice guy

 

thats why you always have to do some research on things like this...ask around and such.

we'll be at the track untill we want to leave...its gonna be an all day thing....then we'll go to a movie and food....normal meet stuff!!!
