I agree with Tom, i think that we do need a name. the quoted suggestion got lost in a previous thread, so i descided to make a thread specifically for this one. any suggestions should be posted here, and ill take like four or five of them and post them up in a poll.

my suggestion is Miami Valley Ecotecs.... although some may feel it is not inclusive enough.

I like the Miami Valley Ecotecs myself, but I think something incorporating the whole area would be nice except Miami Valley doesn't sound as cool as Dayton. Dunno why.

 

I vote NO on the Central Ohio one since were not in Central Ohio. Miami Valley is better, but lets keep thinkin on this. Give this a few days and we should be able to come up with something!!

 

Hm, ok, how about this.....ECO (Ecotec Club of Ohio) But I don't like to use the word 'club'. Well, we'll see what we come up with.

Well, I think "club" sounds cliche'. I seriously think people would go WTF when they see the word Delta. Ecotec is a widely known engine which all of us have. And to be fair, saying LSJ would exclude you 2.2/2.4 guys.

Anyway, what about Deltas of Miami Valley (D of MV) or Miami Valley Delta (kinda goes w/ the valley, water thing as a delta is part of a water network) for a delta name, OR Miami Valley Ecotecs (we could eventually include HHR's if any want). Then for Club, there is Dayton Delta Club, Dayton Ecotec Club.

 

BOOOOOOOOOOO to anything that says "club" How about, "The Coolest Damn Ecotecs In the World"
