What do you guys think....
After bootcamp.. im dropping the cobalt.. tired of the 4-cylinder.
Thinking of trying to find an '03 svt cobra, or a '03-'04 Lightning.
Im stuck on my decision..
I guess i can carry coolers if people bring them.. and be the drink bitch.. tow service.. traffic blocker.. not too sure what else a truck is for

must be nice, i have to work until thursday and i have to work thursday night and thena try to get enough sleep to get up and drive my ass down there. should be intersting. wish my girl was still going, to have her drive at some point.

I just hate driving mustangs cause i think there boring to drive. Iv been driving one every day for the past 3 1/2 weeks. Its a stick too, and its also just not that fun. Theres alot of nice cars out there you can get, but it all depends on how far you want to mod to get what power goals your looking for. and also what you plan on doing with the car, draggin it, auto-x, nothing but daily driving and street racing, and how much $$ you want to spend.

I wont be bringing the Balt...
Due to me enlisting in the AirForce, and just finding out ill be shipping out in Dec, i am going to be taking the truck down to NC this weekend to pull my trailer up to VA. Im still showing up to National speed and all that ****... just gotta do it in a damn truck.
I also wont be leaving until 7pm.

A brand new 09SS/TC modded the **** out with a sick ass body kit and huge turbo doing 11's all day and smoking those big ass redneck trucks.
so i am sadly posting today to inform you that I will not be attending this meet anymore. I promised my good friend a while back I would go to one of his bands shows at the pig pen (a sports bar around here) once they get a gig there. We'll they have a gig this Saturday night and I don;t want to miss it , but don;t worry I will be at the next meet.

yeah and its stupid because theres so much potential in these meets that we go too, We can can get some serious business going with these meets that are getting bigger by the meet. Hopefully lots of people show up none the less.

if we all had Honda's,Mustangs, EVO's or STI's we would all make it to every meet. Those guys all have pride in there cars and meets and yet here in the cobalt world we usually sell our cars within a year of having it and never get to see the full potential.

Its not that they have more pride there are just larger numbers of them. I relaized when i bought the SE-R that there where just as many people who bought the SE-R because it had all the options instead of being it for modifying and performance. I have never seen an STI or an EVO being driven by someone who wasnt into cars. Hondas run forever so they can just drive to till the hit 300,000 miles and not worry about there engine, and there are also so many of them that if only 15% of the people show up to a meet that are supposed to be its still in the hundreds. Mustangs again there are just so many that it wont make a difference if they all go and there are so many years of mustangs it just makes there numbers that much greater.
