Yeah, but in order to allow us to rent a big room, they require everyone in the group to buy food. And like I said, they require half of the grand total up front

honestly i see it being 30 to 40 maybe. from what josh says about past meets and the one i went to which had a list of like 15-20 cars and we had like 9 or 10 show.

oh also. does anyone know how to take the lower grille off a tc? and can i put it on my car?

 

really? im thinking at least 40 a no show rate of 42% seems unreasonable

its probably just clips like the upper grill but probably more of a PITA to get off.

 

you would be surprised. just like the "meet" at MIR there where going to be 6-8 and two showed and another one happened to be there.

 

Ok guys/gals, heres the plan. In order the get the room, I have to give the guy a certain number of people, so we can food. Also, we HAVE to get food to even get the room, but I assume most everyone plans on eating anyways. I already asked him all the "what ifs", and if MORE show up than the number I give him, its no biggie. Only thing is.......anyone who dosen't let me know in advance.....dosen't get food. So basically.....its on you if you don't watch this thread. I'll post this as an update. I see some of you have already let me know, and i'll color your guys name red on the list tomorrow. Right now i'm tired and I don't feel like editing the hell out of this thread right now.
