I don't think your gonna get this many people all at the cheesecake factory during lunch hours on a saturday, I used to go in there for lunch around 1 and I would have to sit at the bar if I wanted to eat withing an hour.

you all do realize that there are more parking spots than just the cheescake factory...if we have to well go somewhere around the mall... theres the cheescake factory parking then, theres the mall parking...I mean if we have to well park where we have room either way well be right next to it

With more parking then you can imagine. The problem is getting this many people reserved in Cheesecake Factory. So I need the amount of people you are bringing ASAP.

I would be bringing my girl most likely. Parking is not the problem is getting reservation for 40 plus people during lunch time or any time considering that cheesecake factory is so small. everyone knows that the cheapest meal is also gonna be at least 10 buck each if you only want a burger, if not most courses are at least 15 bucks for a small steak. I'm not trying to burst your bubble or anything it's just the cheesecake factory is a little bit too upscale for a large meet.

It just depends on how many people are actually gonna show up, we have 20 cars on the list at least, then most are gonna bring someone, that means 40 plus people, that is a lot of people to try to get a place at pretty much any resturant, unless of course it's totally dead. A park and barbecue or something would be better instead of a resturant, but it might work out since prob half will back out by the time the date rolls around. I'm planning on going just hope I don't get a job that makes me work that weekend.

Well I could get my girlfriend to drive up her 6-speed Tibby, but being as its a Cobalt meet I'll likely just have her ride with me. So as of right now its just me (Josh) and the gf (Courtney). I was only joking about bringing the whole car club. Yes the club exists, but I highly doubt any of them would be interested in attending a Cobalt meet, and the two Subie owners have a god like complex b/c of their cars and would probally just be gay and flame everyone and everything.

Well, looks like my wheels won't be back on before the meet. They can repair it, but since they have the heat the lip up, it'll take the high-polish finish off the lip.......meaning it'll have more of a machined look according the the place that has my wheel. I told them no thanks. So now a new wheels is gonna cost me $369, plus the cost of shipping to the wheel place, the cost for their machine shop to drill them (custom drilled), and the cost of mounting/balancing, and of course tax.....meaning its gonna be around $500. And on top of that they said its gonna take two weeks, which would mean I wouldn't have them in time for the meet anyways, so I told them I'm not interested at the moment. I'm gonna try to contact wheelsnext (place I originally got my wheels/tires) again.....left a voicemail w/ the sales rep I did business with last time, as well as Gravana (could never get through to them yesterday) b/c they carry pre-custom drilled Axis Mods, but only offer them in a set of 4 on the website. If I can't get anything set up w/ either of those two places, I guess ill just have to cough up the $500+ dollars to get this stupid wheel back on.
I'm just gonna buy a de-commisioned Tank out of DuPont Registry for my next vehicle. That way no matter what 66 throws at me, I'm ready.

Well, no luck anywhere......even if I payed for the new wheel, I wouldn't have it till about the 25th. My new plan is to take the bent wheel, find a big no-bounce hammer, a leather glove, and have all my friends have at it. I drove on it bent.....un-safely bent at that......so I think I can bend it back enough that it'll be fine to drive on again. It might not look perfect, but it'll be better than the stockers I guess. That will be just temporary until I can fund a new wheel......

It will prob be just me and the wife (lil_orange). I'm trying to get one friend to come but I haven't heard from them so I guess not.
I'm not really caring for other people being there if you are going to bring friends with subarus and focuses that you know are going to be rude and cocky and ****, then I would honestly want nothing to do with the whole thing. That's just going to lead to people being upset and getting us kicked out. I'm mature and don't need any teen drama in my life. I don't want to see or hear the others getting mad that we don't want their cars in the pics, this is a cobalt meet. Just my opinion.
