I'm checking it at every fillup, but after putting some oil stabilizer in it, it seems to have filled whatever hole was there. It is holding oil fine. My thought is the blowby PCV stuck open during the heat and it finally started working again. I see nothing on the ground or on the headers. I overtightened the filter, but its not leaking either. I may have to replace a couple bearing or sleeves, but it should hold out til I either turbo or supercharge it next year. If I turbo, I gain upper band power, which would be nice for mpgs, but if I supercharge it, I'll have lowend torque, which is what that car needs. Its fast as hell from 80-155, but getting to 80 is boring. The company that is about to release the top-mount SC kit says to expect between 400 and 450whp on stock internals. Clutch will need upgraded, and it comes with a new hood that will fit the top-mount (Roush-styled hood). I figure replace what is broken then and build a street monster. I want to go racing in heath next year. Those guys are fierce and I need some real firepower to take on even the SRTs.

I'll be working at Papa Boo's next summer, so I won't have to worry about delivering in the car. And I'll buy a beater as soon as the Ion goes for delivering until then.
