Agreed, I provided one with something to look at his rear view mirror at the track during my first test and tune. I'm not fast enough to go, but I would just to say I did it.

 

hey for $45 its worth it to test... who cares if you get your ass kicked.. here we pay like 20 bucks for t&t and maybe get 3-4 runs in....

 

I payed $10 and got three runs in. I smoked my clutch on the second run(the one with the Cobra next to me or ahead of me, depending on whether or not the light had changed yet or not) and I pulled my best time on the last one.

If I had a cobalt that ran low 13's or high 12's , I would seriously be all over this . Guys like Rob , daren , Bad06SS , 06black ect ect. , would NOT be the slowest cars their , trust me . Its all in fun ......plus seeing a couple low 13 sec-12 sec cobalts should shuddup alot of internet non-believers <--- if ya havent noticed that crowd seems to be a big one .

I ran a 13.4 with intake/exhaust in my cobra for my first 2 times to the track. It took me 20 passes to break into the 12's.

Also, I wish I could attend this event, but I planned a vacation 9 months ago that happened to be the same weekend. Otherwise, I woulda brought both cars!

 

Cobra - SS, hmmm i have played this game before, it doesn't end well.

 

This is my weekend birthday so I can't really go either..

 

It's actually only about 3 hours from me. If there's at least one other Cobalt going, I'd consider going. I might be the slowest car there (high 13s), but it won't be by much ...

I would go. My cars in the high 13s but I drive a semi and IM three states away from my car and heading the wrong way. And that would be a long drive just to get owned all night.
