Is there anyone in Columbus OH??
Im pretty convinced theres only like 2 others in Columbus with an SS. I know of a yellow one on 5th ave at the airport by Hamilton rd. Theres a yellow, or used to be one, with black racing stripes that works at O'Charleys in Gahanna. And apperently ssyellowss works on 5th ave also. But is that it?!?! Us 4? I mean, it's nice having one of the only ones, but it'd be nice to see some otheres every once in awhile. Where are you guys hiding? Lol.

saturn ion redline checking in here ( all black... when u see me u will know its me)... and i have a few buddies around here( columbus grovecity area) friend mom and dad both drive ss's ( he has an evo) his dad is pritty kewl and a cobalt nut( not sure if he is on these forums or not) but if so hey joes dad lol. but i know about 20 people with cobalts and or ions so they are out there but i see most in the grovecity area... some cute chick in a redline on stringtown all the time.

In August I felt like I saw 2 SS's a day in the Polaris area. I just followed a Red Redline with steelies on home on route 23 the other day. They're around

Not sure if that was directed at me, but I'll be conceded and assume so. haha
TWM short shifter going on in the morning. Picked up the Type-R knob with their logo for it and I love it. Have a set of #33s and a Weapon-R intake on the way. Took out the intake silencer. For now, that's the extent of it. I'm leaving the outside stock, cept for a nice set of tires come summer.
I am trying to decide right now if I want to order my turbo for it. They were wanting me to come up to Grand Rapids for ZZP to install and dynotune it, but I can't afford that right now. Plus that's another 100 or more in gas up and 3 times as much coming back cuz I'd be having some fun. That's 6.5 hours from here, and every one of those roads is part of the drug-running scene, so you know they will be watching for highly-modified engines trying to get stuff to and from Canada. Sigh.
As far as a spring meet goes, I'd be there for sure. I say meet close to a City BBQ in Columbus. Best. Meal. Ever. Part of why I'm out of shape.

That would be me at O'charley's. I work there, but I don't have stripes......a guy I work with has a black one who parks next to me everyday pretty much. I have not seen any other cobalt's around.

I live in Westerville and work in Dublin. I have a red 07 SS with the plates "sslow" that I drive year round.
I rarely see others, and when I do, I am usually not in mine haha.

Raced a guy with his kid today in Lancaster. He was driving I think he said a 2.2 that was badged an SS. Sacrilegious, but he held up to his end of the deal. He got me by the length of a car. I would make an excuse like that I had installed my new TWM shifter an hour earlier and it was so loose I couldn't find a new gear (anyone have a fix for that btw?), and I had just left the dealership after picking up new Accel-Ped Assembly cuz the old one is throwing a 1-2 Correlation code and CELing. but, I'll give credit where its due. That guy can drive well. if you're on CSS...props bro. Absolute props. Haha.

I effing love the high rise. Although it seems really out of place on an american car, and I get **** from some guys at work for it. One said "A spoiler only helps if your doing over 100" so I replied "Well good, casue I've gone over a few times" hahaha.

tell him a spoiler rilly don thelp on a front wheel drive car... its main atribute was to give downforce to a rear wheel drive car( although i guess on some super tight curves it might push ur ass down to keep u from sliding.)

It should help on any car. its design was increase downforce cuz our cars are lighter and it helps keep the the nose down so some bad things don't happen. thats a mechanical engineering explanation. haha.

I've followed/ran beside a few SS/TC's on 161/33 between 270 and Post Road, usually black. I wonder if it was you. Next time you see a red SS/TC sedan, don't avoid eye contact haha
