Blacksburg isnt that far, thats what, the JMU campus? You all should come up for some of the charity cruises this year, and the ocean city MD car show.

 

No I'm down at Va. Tech, JMU is two hours from me, NoVa is a good 4, and Va Beach is a good 5 haha

 

yeah I'm about 2 hours from tech and jmu at my university

 

That would probably put you about 2-3 hours from Skyline Drive? I believe we have 3 or 4 events taking place there this summer/fall.

That sucks but there will be other chances im sure. Just get in contact with us somehow when you come back to the area and well get a cruise going somewhere.

thatd be kewl. i ran into one guy who had a yellow ss/sc , but he didnt even take remote interest after he found out i wasnt forced induction, kinda made me sad. but oh well...
and yeah^ it seems there arent alot of guys down there that are wanting to be part of the site, or even know of its existence

 

They could've moved on the GMSC. So I I've heard. I went to that car meet in Richmond and a few guys from northern VA came down. Seemed like cool guys. All red ss/tc.

I wouldn't mind seeing a cobalt meet around here this summer. I would start one up but I'm not too sure..

the kingstowne meet? lol, ive brought a few of our cars out there, but the problem with that meet is that theres a distinct group of vw kids that just sit there and trash talk all night. Kills the atmosphere. The Subaru guys are really cool, and the older Volkswagen guys were just awesome, but those kids out there man... i think god took a **** when they were born. Theres one kid out there, Eddy? Wears glasses, drives a jetta, looks like chuck norris punched his face when he was fetus.. I think everyone there wants to kick that kids ass but at this point its like drop kicking a kid in a wheelchair. A couple of executives from the surrounding dealerships have come out and were put off from that group.

VBeach here, i went to the meet last year and had a good time. looking forward to another one.

 

^^I hope there will be one this year. Couldn't make it to the last one but I'm definitely going this year if ECC or anyone throws one.

 

it was a blast and its cool to see other cobalt fans. i always have a few guys from work that really want to have another meet.

we should set one up... preferably not July.
