Attention: lets keep this civil and NOT get this locked. this thread was made as a last resort because PM's are not working
well. it seems jimmy here is a little scammer. he has sold two peeps on this website stuff he has lied about and then runs and hides.
here is my scam:

alright. few things i wanna know. Is that $100 shipped? who made these? I have never seen them before. Are they gelcoated or clearcoated? did you have them on a car and do they fit ok?
man there like new..flawless.. and yes $100 shipped.. im not sure if there clearcoated or gel coated.. it was the full cf high rise but i sold the sides and blade..so now im stuck with just the pegs.. i got pics in my vbgarage...im also taking trades..lol

it has been on ongoing battle since late april. i was nice and gave him a chance and filed a dispute on paypal but didnt escalate it, then time ran out. He used to respond to pm's by saying i will have it next week. i have been waiting on my money for a month. now he dont even answer pm's. i have all the pm's to back this up BTW.
also there is another dude he scammed on an interceptor for a ss/sc that was for a 2.4, again, no answer from him. if you know him or associate with him point him in the direction of this thread.
Also. if you know him make him man up.

yeah. good call. i gave this dude a month of chances, now he dont answer pm's and i found out he ripped someone else
i intend on contacting a local lawyer friend of mine to have a letter drafted up to be sent to him via mail. then possibly take him to small claims court up here in wisconsin. if he doesnt show they will find him in contempt of court.
