mishimoto is a large company that makes a ton of parts for a lot of different cars........ theres a lot of complaints in other communities. theres more then likely not even enough feedback here or theres such a lack of interest that they said forget it. not sure what the deal is but thats definately in the playing cards...
its the same reason we havent released a radiator for the car. no ones going to pay for it. the mishi stuff is the best of the cheap stuff but theres far superior. the stock does a great job and the plastic stands the test of time and stocker does its job wel.

Mishimoto is telling us they will ship to us late this month. We began working on this project with them over a year ago!! Thank you guys again for your patience.
Omiotek - these are being made, and they will be better than the stock OEM radiators. Aluminum has been proven over and over to be a better dissipater of heat.
Im not familiar with the problems encountered on other forums, but we can tell you that we have definitely had a good experience selling their line of radiators for the Neon, and Neon SRT4. I have a a Mishimoto radiator on my Neon SRT4 and it works fine.

I would agree that aluminum is great at dissipating heat. Have you guys taken a look under a Cobalt SS/TC hood and you'll see that its all aluminum stock. No plastic end tanks or anything. So what makes mishimotos that much better? I'd like to see some benchmarking done before you guys make such claims, not use a whole other platform(Neon SRT-4) to say "its a great radiator". I can name off a bunch of S2000's, 240sx,300zx, 3000GT, GTi friends that have used this radiator as well. 4 of the 5 have seen leaks, cracks. As a shop, look into Koyo's.

its not all aluminum stock........ plastic sides. i think you have the radiator and ac condensor confused
when you have testing against the stock radiator in terms of actual cooler on a race track and a ton of street use then let me know.
ron davis did a one off aluminum radiator for an lsj delta awhile back and it didnt make much of a difference other then looking prettier. ron davis radiators will out perform mishimoto any day of the week.

yes sir but its easily confused. i know your not dumb so i didnt think you got it confused but the ac condensor in the cobalt is decently visable and its 100% all aluminum. where as the radiator ir kind of hidden by a bunch of stuff lol. hense why people get it confused all the time.

Hey guys,
I would like to apologize to everyone for the delay in the release of this radiator. We really enjoyed working with Modern Performance on this project and I can confirm that we will be sending a shipment to them by the end of the month.
I can assure you that there will be no disappointments in the quality or performance of our Cobalt radiator. Feel free to shoot any questions/concerns my way.
Thanks

In the Cobalt, the radiator is also in the rear.
This is incorrect. It's an aluminum radiator, but it's got a plastic fan shroud that mounts to it, so maybe that's what you're seeing.
