2.4 Covers

I have been waiting for almost a year now for some engine covers since my cover looks like crap without the bulky stock plastic cover on it. I was wondering if you guys could come up with something since you can't put any of the 2.2 or 2.0 covers due to the coil wires going straight back.

And for the strut bar, can it be anoized (spelling) in red or any other color or just the brushed aluminum, and if you machine some sort of work on the bar can it be anoized inside the machined sections?

You can either pm me or just reply, I might be interested in buying the strut bar soon and what's up with the site, not loading for me?

As for the strut bar try MRZ as he offers a polished or brushed aluminum bar that you van have the ends anodized and the bar custom engraved as well! I'll post pics when mine is done.

Well just drop your pecker, pick up some steel wool and use the same motion on the valve covers, done!

This is from a Scion tC, but i'd really like to see something like this for the 2.4 because of its large coil packs. It appears to have some sort of spacers that elevate the coil pack cover to clear:

Thumbs up

Thanks for your interest in this product

We will have it done pretty soon!

We have a design made for the 2.2 right now, just need to be cut, the 2.4 will be pretty similar. We will keep you posted on the updates since we had a lot of people asking for it. This will be a very nice addition to the finish engine bay and will give a unique touch to the car.

We'll keep you updated

Sweet....I was thinking of using the 2.0L cover just get longer bolts and maybe spacers so it will look a little better but will still have a small gap which will look kinda crappy. As soon as these come out I will be the first to buy, and what's the price range looking?

2.0 coil cover will not work, the bolt patterns on the valve covers are not the same.

Are we talking a polished or powdercoated stock cover? or something a lil different? I'm almost ready to send mine off to get chromed.

we're not talking about the valve cover, we're talking about a coil pack cover, which our car does not come with.
