Sorry for not updating this week, the snowstorm over here throw us about 2 feet of snow in a day this week and still falling now. This has delayed a lot of things around here for about a day or two, so the shipping will be made next week.

sorry no tracking info is available on those packages, the shipping is usually between 1-2 weeks but there can be delays due to customs and snow storm like we got lately. You should receive them pretty soon.

 

Sorry for not updating lately, we have been pretty busy with the making of the sills and other parts in the shop. The production is almost done and your sills will be shipped by the end of the week.

Has anyone in the US received there sills yet? Mine was shipped on the 5th of february...just tired of waiting...Are they coming UPS or USPS just wondering....Does that length in shipment make sense to anyone?? I'm in Ohio by the way...

I haven't gotten mine yet. Mine was shipped in the first batch too. The UPS guy did drive by my house three times last night while I was working on my car. Everytime I got all excited probably wagging my butt like a little puppy whose owner just came home from work, but everytime it was a let down. Maybe today.

Sorry about the delay on the shipment. Usually it take about 1-2 weeks to receive the package but customs and bad weather is no help for the delivery of the package. There is no tracking on the package so it's ahrd to tell where it is now. If you got nothing by the end of the week, Please contact me and we'll take a closer look at it.

The box to ship the sills is 4 feet long witch make it an oversized package, to ship a decent rates, we have to use the cheaper shipping methods but the delay can vary.

We do offer express shipping on request to our customers worldwide.
