MRZ Performance, Reputable?

For those here that have ordered parts from MRZ Performance, what was the typical time frame it took to receive your parts from time you actually ordered them? I have been in contact with them as far as the status of my stuff goes, but have heard the same response that the parts will be going out in a few days for a few weeks now. I have always thought that they were reputable from past response from others on here, but now it kind of has me wondering if they are actually legit to deal with. Has anyone on here recently puchased with them? I am just wondering if you all had the same experience in dealing with them

So no one here has ordered from them in the past, or even recently?

MRZ is usually slow but reliable

Yeah, I hope so. Being told that they the parts were going to ship in a couple days twice, which has been over a few weeks now, has kind of given me a sketchy feeling

Well, it's coming up on two months now since I ordered and I have still yet to receive my parts. Still the same excuses whenever I have contacted them the past few times. At this point MRZ does not look to be reputable at all IMO, and I'd suggest others carefully consider before dealing with them

They are a Canadian company. Shipping isn't always that fast to the states. I have ordered stuff from them in the past. Didn't come fast, but I got the stuff.

I know that they are based in Canada, so I didn't expect them to come within a week or so. I did happen to order from a well know Canadian based company in the Cobalt community when it comes to mounts and suspension parts, and it took two weeks for me to get my parts from the time I ordered, for them to produce the parts, and for them to end up on my door step. But almost two months? Yeah, that's kind of ridiculous IMO, considering I didn't ask for any kind of custom designed engraving or one of a kind personalization to the parts. How long did it take for you to get your stuff?

i thought they were fairly fast, especially cause my stuff was custom and he worked very well with me designing what i wanted...customs in NY took the longest for mine to get here lol

Yea it shouldn't take that long. I would contact them every way possible. I will move this thread under their section of the forum.

Well supposedly the parts were shipped last week, we shall see. By this time next week I should know for sure if thats the case. Since USPS is delivering the parts it surely isn't going to be the quickest

I will give them until this time next week for the parts to show up. If I don't get them by then I'll be contacting my CC company. 15 business days should be more than plenty of time to receive something from Canada. I'll report back with updates either way

A tracking number was generated shortly after I placed the order, 2 months ago. Since then no updates have been listed for it, it just says that the order information has been received

So in responce to my original question in the thread title, MRZ Performance, Reputable?

One word, NO

I was told about 3 1/2 weeks ago that my parts were shipped out about, yet I still don't have them. Called them, and was told that weather could have delayed delivery of them. 3 1/2 weeks to receive something from Canada? Sure, BS. I don't reccomend them at all to anyone

They're a very good company, stuff comes from Canada EH, so give it a couple weeks to get there.

I have heard more bad than good.

I even tried emailing the owner a couple times a couple years back, and never got a response...

personally I wouldn't chance it.

A couple weeks? I have waited a couple, more like 3+ weeks already. How long did you have to wait then?

Yeah, they do suck when it comes to responding to emails. I have just resorted to calling them whenever contacting them. I wish I'd have seen those more bad than good reviews on here before I ordered from them. I was looking forward to getting the stuff I ordered. Oh well, looks like I will be getting my money back instead

agreed...i thought whoever i dealt with was prompt in answering, although, i called many times about mine because i wanted to make sure it was right and such...took about a month/1.5 month? and from your location being soutwest, i'm assuming thats US, meaning it would prob take longer being that PA is closer to canada...like i said, customs for my order...idk...maybe their customer service has gone to **** since i ordered though

have you checked the tracking?
