So, I am in the process of looking for a new car and came across an ad on FB Marketplace for an 08 supercharged Cobalt. The mileage is only 120k and the buyer is only asking $1800 now to me this sounds like a scam but I was wondering if there would be a reason to sell this car so cheap? Do the engines have problems with supercharger at higher mileages? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

There’s no such thing an 08 supercharged cobalt. If it’s actually an 08 and it’s sc then someone put a sc on it. It didn’t come that way. Have any pics?

 

Sorry, it is an 06' Cobalt SS. Always been a Mustang guy so not really familiar with these cars.

That’s a 2006 2.4 ss/na. Its automatic. No factory supercharged ss came automatic. Are there any engine bay pictures?
