If you want solid reliable gains for the least amount of money. K&N Intake/Zzp Downpipe/Trifecta tune. Will be under $1000CAD and you'll be right around 300whp/350wtq. Even less money if you get the intake used. The downpipe you'll want new.

Thanks for the advices but do i install all the items you stated and then order a trifecta tune? And then do i have to send the ecu? if so where you know im new with the trifecta stuff...

And i also readed that one of the good thing with the gms1 is the 2 new map sensor more reliable and accurate sould i go with them before the tune is it worth it and where can i find them i imagine that i can buy them online independently from the gms1?...

Very good info there guy's i think i will buy subscription
I need parts so badly any advice for the best intake system? cold air only or upper intake tube or both or them?

That was alot of questions :P

i would start off with getting the downpipe, you might be happy with the noise.
catless will be the loudest, 200 cell catted flows way better then stock but i would avoid 400cell if you don't need to pass emissions.

I'd do the usual intake/ downpipe, but also charge pipes and intercooler so you can run more than 22 psi without blowing the plastic stuff.

You can get the GMS1 sensors from CrateEngineDepot. Make sure they're plug and play so no soldering required. I am not sure if theyre 100% needed. Another member will have to chime in. I had GMS1 installed at 12,000km so when I went trifecta 110,000km later I already had the sensors in.

Don't worry about intercooler/charge pipes. It's huge money for small/zero gain on stock turbo(stock intercooler is VERY efficient) some say metal vs plastic, the metal will heatsoak and hinder performance, but it's all theories. The major thing is if you bottom out the front or if an animal hits your intercooler, an aftermarket will dent or crack(repairable) compared to the stock plastic which you'll have to replace or upgrade. I have over 170,000km on the stock intercooler/pipes never had a problem or boost leak ever. If it explodes I will probably upgrade but until then it's money better spent elsewhere.

If you do decide trifecta go through BNR(BadNewsRacing) they are a good middleman that will help you out along the way. You have to buy/rent a red cable(buy it used to save some money, lots of people selling them)(don't rent, you want the cable at all times) and they e-mail you the ezflash(trifecta) install program, and send you a base tune. Load it on with a laptop, flash file, datalog(drive around while it records) send the tune file back and fourth via e-mail until it's dialed in.

If it's a bit much to take in you can find a local area tuner and he can walk you through face to face, rather than e-mail.
