On our cars when putting on an intake you need a tune for the MAF

The most important thing is the width of the MAF sensor pipe internally I used a kit for the maf sensor and I bought the rest of the tubing etc, $35 canadian free shipping the filter and pipe and connectors were from ebay another $45 canadian.

The internal plastic sleeve comes with three reducers on my car I used the 2.5" and swapped in my MAF sensor from my stock airbox using the appropriate adaptor.

I've installed it and looked at my # with Iphone and Dash Command for what its worth, and it induction noise is up mid RPM and upper Rpm not any major HP increase, but it seems to rev alittle faster quicker better throttle responce, but im sure headers and a pipe will help too as I get the cash and time.
No Codes Thrown running Good

Ok Revision 3 less induction noise more throttle response no Codes being thrown

I also installed a chime retainer that sounds to me much better that the stock noises less annoying

Why didn't you just buy an aftermarket CAI?
