Buying a 2010 cobalt ss

Hey guys looking at buying a 2010 cobalt ss with a g85 package. Car has 130k miles and an extensive mod list. Car makes 450whp tuned on e85. The mods have been put on in the last couples months and the car mostly sits. He did all the work himself but the car seems clean. I will add the mod list below. I am not familiar with the platform and was looking for some advice. Should I stay away and get a lower mileage car to build or take the chance and do the maintenance on this one? Anything helps thank you! Modifications

-zzp stage 2 cams

-zzp z57 turbo

-Opel injector

-zzp intake

-zzp intercooler pipes

-zzp fuel filter kit

-zzp front mount

-zzp coilpacks

-zzp trans mounts

-zzp engine mount

-zzp gm1 sensors

-zzp high pressure fuel pump

-arp headstuds

-neutral balance shafts

-ecotec #82 valve springs and titanium retainers

-stage 3 clutch masters clutch

-full 3in stainless exhaust with zzp muffler

-zzp catless downpipe

-bc racing coilovers

-variant forged 19x8.5 +30 with brand new tires and tpms

-led taillights

-brand new headlights and bulbs

Extensive list, and he installed all of them himself, but let the car sit... I would ride along for a test drive or two, and keep an eye on the boost gauge, if there are CELs, how it rides etc. That and see how much pressure it takes to engage the clutch when you sit behind the wheel. Obviously do your due diligence and check everything else over (rust notably) and gauge against the asking price. You could try to find a low mileage one but those are getting rarer and rarer.

Thank you I really appreciate it and I forgot to say the asking price is 7k. Which I didn’t think was to bad but I will make sure to go over the car diligently. Thanks!
