Glad to finally be a part of this group after all of these years of using this site for reference.
My name is Christopher Holmes, and I am a proud father of three awesome kiddos and happily married to my gorgeous wife. I was a firefighter in California for six years (CAL FIRE) before becoming an Airman in the USAF. My primary job is still firefighting, but I am currently working as a Military Training Instructor (The USAF equivalent to Drill Sergeant/Instructor).
I have had my cobalt since my early years in firefighting. I am the original owner of my 2006 Chevy Cobalt SS Supercharged, and I have really tried to take care of that car. The modifications I have done to my car are...
Injen cold air intake
GM Performance cat-back exhaust
GM Stage II kit
The only MAJOR component replaced was the water pump. The car is still on the original clutch and suspension. The cobalt just hit 100K miles and I am ready to put some money into it so that it can last another 100K miles, and perhaps pass it down to my kids when they are ready.
