I'm trying to buy a Cobalt SS and the one I was going to purchase didn't pass inspection.Spoke with service manager and informed that vehicle has to be wholesaled. Vehicle is missing O2 sensor and wiring has been cut. Unable to pass inspection. The won't sell it to me they said they have to wholesale it. I'm trying to see if they can fix it. Would it be much to fix it?

 

If they're making a big deal about it then it was probably cut before the harness plug. I don't know why it would be a big deal to splice it. Then again, I've heard bad things about dealer's work on soldering the ends of the new map sensors.

 

You can delete that, someone probably did and added a wideband and they don't want to pass it because they noticed it was cut.
