Hey everyone from CA.
Hey everyone from CA.
Hey everyone I'm really interested in checking out everyone's upgrades. I have the twin car, 2008 Pontiac G5 GT, does anyone have any ideas? It's my baby and I'm always on the freeway going to and from work 81 miles a day round trip. Any ideas? I did just purchase the FE5 suspension and I'm waiting to get it in the mail.
Thanks everyone. Unfortuneatly yes DSmastery. Did you figure that out from the mileage lol?
A blend of both. If you live up there too then you know what I mean when I say flooded streets and some low dips.

i would say get the car into some boost, because its awesome. supercharged or turbo cant go wrong.
for look wise change little things here and there to keep it subtle
Yeah I work in Colton and I'm somewhat familiar with Riverside
u can piece together a kit or buy from like zzp ZZPerformance | 3800 Performance Parts | Largest Aftermarket Supplier!
i dont know the specs on the g5, its a 2.4 thats all i know haha right?
i would check around to see others that have or plan to boost their g5's for more insight and knowledge
It's identical to the Cobalt Sport with the 2.4 VVT NA. If you contact Mongorat on here he should be able to get you a supercharger kit for right around $1000. If you need a clutch and a tune realistically you can be over 200 WHP for under 2k. Add in a few more cooling mods and you'll be right around 230-240 WHP, I wouldn't push it any farther than that, the stock rods are known to break much above 250 WHP.
i have the ss/sc so the blower was already on there.

Welcome to the forum Eckokid! I'm from Cali too (SoCal/OC) but live in Michigan now. You send me a message or an email if you have any questions about remaining warranty, recalls, want a copy of your build sheet or build date or anything else like that. I can look up Pontiac information too!
