hey yall, got a fuel/injector/tune question

hey how ya doing, so i bought my 06 cobalt ss s/c 2 summers ago and only put about 200mi on it (health issues) but im getting it ready for summer and wanted to get some things stright, its running very rich (spits fuel at 6500-7k) and the idle is kinda all over the dealer i bought it from told me its tuned for gas 93 octance, demanded a retune and idle fix, they said they did but i didnt notice a change at all. basically my question is could my car be tuned for e85 and thats why its running how it does and if its not tuned for e85 would running it risk my motor? i have a wideband gauge just not sure where the #'s supposed to be... still researchin lol my mods as far as i can tell are

2.8" pully zzp
cold air intake zzp
header/downpipe 3" exhaust w/ magnaflow muffler zzp
cooling mods
#80 injectors

thanks for any help or advice, i know going somewhere for a proper tune is prob the right way but im broke as a joke right now so that isnt a option untill later on this summer.

How do you know they are 80's since 60's and 80's look nearly identical.

What are your AFRs?

ARF= air to fuel ratio, with gas it should be near 14.7
