Hi everyone from newbie Natomic

Hi I'm a new member checking in! In October I bought a 09 SS/TC sedan in Victory Red (1 of 36). I LOVE the car already! It had a rebuilt/salvage title from New Hampshire so it was a nightmare to register it in New York State... it took three months of dealing with the wonderful NY DMV and insurance company and it needed three inspections. But I can now legally drive the car on the road! Imagine that! Nothing wrong with it, just had minor front end damage at one point. All fixed.

It's stock for now. I didn't like the constant noise from the muffler delete that was on there so I welded in a Dynomax VT muffler and tip. Check out my photobucket pictures

These SS sedans are such a great combination of speed, handling, efficiency, and practicality. My other two vehicles are a LT1 Firebird and a Truimph Speed Four. The cobalt will certainly get driven the most!

Nice car. If you don't mind me asking, how did it get totaled? The body lines look to all meet up.

I don't think it was really "totaled". I don't know how one of the previous owners crash it or how it got repaired. I've never crashed a car in my life (so far!). The only parts replaced were the bumper clip, headlights, and intercooler. Also looks like the front support behind the grill was pulled a little, but no other damage.

I don't plan much for upgrades. Not until my firebird's cam swap is finished anyway. My cobalt already has the 2nd cat removed and i think i will get an intake and tune. My best mod so far was cleaning the intake valves lol

Thanks guys

haha yeah those are just my winter wheels. They were cheap and i have blizzak runflat snow tires on them. I have the stock 18s painted black with summer tires sitting in the garage till spring.
Do my winter wheels really look that bad?

Maybe its just me, but i hate wheels that have some black along with a machined face. But, its your car! And i totally understand the winter wheel situation.
