Hi everyone. got this car for a steal 800 bucks but it wasn't running. has 200k on it. To start found every eBay sensor i could on this thing. Also, cat was broken and clogged. Once I put all OEM sensors back in it aka the MAF, the Baro, the map, and the cam sensor it ran but had cam correlation codes. I put in a new cat as well and ngk plugs zzp offers. Also changed the timing chain with zzp performance. Now it runs so good finally but having a slight random misfire once warm. I checked the fuel pressure also good 50 key on and running 60 psi. i did just install AC Delco o2 sensors in it today so we will see if that helps. just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. also, it won't run the 02 monitor guessing because of a slight misfire lol. Anyways.... i can sit there and rev a little misfires go away but at idle misfire...... funny enough I had this same car 10 years ago and it did the same thing lol wonder if it's a cobalt issue. I do have an extra pcm I could try as well. and it has extra ground from the frame to the motor. called zzp today a guy finally answered and gave me a few ideas but i dont know. might have to get the pcm they have so they can link to it.
