LNF SS chain keeps breaking

the only time i have seen the chain jump the guides like that is 100% from someone installing the parts wrong. Weather that be the tensioner not in properly or the just not double checking the chain s in the guide.

Ok guys new Problem! I keep getting a p0016 Intake Camshaft not correlating. I have my suspects. I just got done replacing every single piece in the timing area, including water pump guides and tensioner, even the Cam gears. After replacing car runs super smooth but check engine light wont go away.
I found the TSB about the reluctor moving. But in the TSB the pics and fix it shows is for an LE5 motor. Does anyone know if that will also work for the LNF motor?


I have a feeling its the New Cam gear that is causing the problem. I performed the TSB and I got the same code. So now I wonder if I didn't screw up the timing on the reluctor side also.


IDEAS? HELP PLEASE!
