Been lurking forums for a while, figured I'd post. I've been trying to decide between an srt4 and cobalt. Decided on the cobalt, getting it soon. Dont yet own it but my uncle is selling it to me and is in no hurry.
Its an 05 SS/SC 49k miles, never seen winter, garage kept whole life. :b

Couldn't get to see the car, had to work. Won't be off until Christmas, after that I won't be working as many hours so I should be able to go check it out and work something out with him. Until then I guess this thread won't change. :X

Haha thanks all for the welcomes! I'm going to be taking a bunch of pics of the cobalt this weekend, going to sort out a way of paying. Since I'm buying from my uncle I'm not sure if he wants x amount down or full payment at once. I bought a dirt bike from him a few months ago, paid in three payments between 500$ and 2000$ each. He is selling it to me for $8,000. Ten for anyone else, it's worth it.

For 8k I think it's worth it, low miles and no rust. My uncle never drove it hard, he's had it for a few years.

the bike I got from him is a 2013 250sx,i also have an 04 200 exc. Been riding for years, love the bike.

 

my uncle has an 07 ktm 250. that thing is too much fun. it is scary quick on trails. i ride a klr 650 and it just doesnt compare. its unbelievable how light ktms are also

Yeah, two years ago I moved up to 125. It was too jittery for me, I'm light. So I got a 250f four stroke, later the ktm 200 and now the 250.its the fastest bike I've had, and by far most fun. I race woods on it.
My dad had an 07 200, looked sweet.

 

Yeah he told me everything he knows about it, saturday I'll go over his place and hang out all day. Talking about the car, driving it etc.

My uncle doesn't want it driven this winter, he said if I buy it and want to drive it i can but he would prefer it stay garaged until weathers nice. I don't plan on beating on it. I want to drive it all year every year. I've got a 96 impreza awd that I'll drive when roads are bad.

 

Yeah sure, im taking a ton of pics of it this weekend. Ill be home from work(Working out of town) so ill have my laptop, ill post a lot of both. I've got two bikes, new and old. Got my job (first job) and after three months bought the bike.

 

Few for now, I'll get good ones tomorrow when the sun is hopefully up.

Thanks! I'll take a TON more of it later today, i wasn't so sure on color until I saw it on person. Then I fell in love, its amazing. It also has the different color rims, they look dark until sun hits them. No rust anywhere pretty much, runs amazing.
