This is my first post and also my first car forum.

I joined in hopping that I will receive advise from the people who have done this before me. I own a 2009 cobalt SS/TC it's bone stock as of now and plan on future mods of turboxs charge pipes intercooler down pipe with a 3" turbo back exhaust. I don't have any knowledge on tunes but I'm sure ill learn as I go.

Welcome to insanity jk but seriously.

The mods you list won't help your performance until you get a tune, I do recommend adding a intake to the list because they sound so much better

The intake will be coming as well I'm deciding between the k&n Sri or the turboxs CAI. Right now I just have a k&n drop in filter. I need new charge piping because my lower pipe crack due to the crappy plastic gm likes to use.

You can go trifecta from the get go, but personally I'd go with hptuners. You have more input on how you want your tune. GMS1 for the senors is a good idea, but look at Crate Engine for the parts and do worry about getting a dealer to instal and put GMS1 tune.

I have no idea I'm currently trying to find the source of it letting moisture in. I have a mother question for you guys. I've been trying to use the search engine. And I can't seem to find it. I'm trying to figure out what a maf relocate does and what the benifit is.

Search Engine sucks on here. You will type in Catless Downpipe and it will pull up a thread from 2 years ago about two guys arguing on what is better a catless Downpipe for the Cobalt or Ion and you own a Cruize....

Yeah I see that it kinda just brings up the keyword that you type in. So would you guys now what the maf relocate does is it just for the bov add on to let most air hit the bov before the maf?
