I am not new to the cobalt world but I am a little new to the forums. That being said, I am not sure how to find specific threads.

I am looking for a link to a "how to" on how to install a return style fuel system. I have got an 06 ss/sc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I've got the part by fuel lab and i believe it comes with directions but it looks super confusing the way they explain it. im just curious on how to do the basic install. Like where things mount to and where everything plugs in. Pictures would help too

 

Sounds like you should hire a professional.

The way they explain it is really quite simple. Who did you buy the kit from?

 

Bought it off a local cobalt buddy.

 

its hard to explain it. its simply when someone shows you but almost impossible to understand if you dont know the cars fuel system like the back of your hand.

I had someone help me who knew what they were doing, thats always a huge plus when working on the car.

I dont think anyone has written one.

Add the adapter on the fuel rail, mount the regulator on the adapter, run the fuel line out the bottom of the regulator and use the gm quick connect to attach it to the return like on the tank.
