need some help

Hi guys I am new to this forum and heard this is the place to come if I have question. here goes

I currently own a 2006 chevy cobalt ss 2.4 with 119,000 km on it and have recently wanted to up grade to a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt 2dr Cpe SS TURBOCHARGED with 124531 km on it. my question is I went to go see it and seemed nice but there was a ticking noise coming from the engine. aslo is 124531 or 77379 miles alot. my cobalt was given to me and I love it. what you guys think what should I be looking for to be aware before I buy any pointers will be awesome.

oh ps I am from Kamloops bc canada

Ticking is normal. It's the high pressure fuel pump.

Hey bro if you're upgrading make sure the ss/tc has g85 LSD package and a RPD. Also if it's been tuned aftermarket(besides GMS1, if it's already GMS1 even better) Some 2009's also had porous block problems aswell.
