Needing some help

I have an 07 cobalt ss 2.0L manual 5 speed. My car sat from April until October with a blown transmission. Now I'm having all sorts of problems. Cruise control won't engage and it doesbt get up and go like it shoukd the rpms pretty much stop at 5 grand and it just doesnt have the power it should. So heres a list of codes its pullling.

Did you have any of those coded before it was parked? If not I am going to guess that you either have an issue in your wiring or connections to the sensors. Could be as simple as a bad ground. Did you replace the transmission yourself or did you have someone else or a shop do it?

I finally found the source yesterday. Exhaust emissions fuse was blown which is what made all those codes come up .
