New from Colorado

Hi, I have a dilemma! My mom actually owns the cobalt but it is dead right now. I need to know if there is a drain plug on the fuel tank in order to drain it and use the gas in my vehicle. I can't symphon the gas out because it has an anti- siphon device. Please help, thanks.
