New Guy from Florida!
Hi guys. New guy here from Florida. Been lurking for a while gathering up all the info around here. Looks like a really great forum. I recently picked up an 09 SS/TC. 111k miles on the clock and picked up for $5.5k. Cosmetically it needs some TLC but the rest of the car is solid. Its a fun car to get me to work and back.
New to the Cobalt side of things but not so new to modding or racing. Been a hardcore GM guy since I started driving. Couple of my old rides before the Cobalt.
1998 Chevy Monte Carlo: Supercharged and cammed. Demodded and sold it to fund the next ride.
2000 Trans Am: Heads, cam, intake, Nitrous, 6.0 LQ4 block. Eventually popped the motor and sold it to a friend before it became an even bigger money pit. Still miss this car.
2002 C5 Z06: Super fun car but totally impractical without another daily. Sold it to help fund my house purchase.
2004 2500HD GMC : Can't haul paint and 2x4's in a vette. Had some fun mudding and hauling around a four wheeler before it was sold to fund a family car.
2003 Envoy: No more fun, haha. Rocked this for a couple years. Does okay offroad, gets okay gas mileage. Once the wife got an SUV of her own the search for a fun car started. Sold this and got the Cobalt.
This is were the picture of the Cobalt would go but it needs some work on the outside to get up to snuff. I'll get around to getting some pics taken here soon.
