New to this, have some questions!

Hi everyone, my names Brandon. A couple months ago I purchased a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. I was not impressed with the power it had for being supercharged. So I took it to my local shop to get dyno'd and it only put 141whp and 120tq. I felt like this was a little low even for being stock. So, I ordered some parts hoping to get my numbers up! I got the stage 2 kit from zzp. 2.7 pulley, stage 2 belt, heat exchanger , option b cooling mod, dual end plate, and plugs. I also got the Injen cold air intake, and vibrant headed with catless DP and no resonator. Stock exhaust from DP back. After getting all the mods put on we went back to the dyno and tuned it. Final result it put down 225whp and 217tq and seems to peak around 16-17 psi. It still failed to impress me though after seeing numerous videos on YouTube of stock ss/sc putting 220whp down. So I guess my questions is, why are my numbers so low with all these mods?

You can try a compression test and look at the plugs since they'll be out. And you can make sure there aren't any restrictions in the plumbing that you didn't replace.

You do realize you picked up 80+ whp/tq with minimal mods right. Imo it's probably a low reading dyno. Does the car feel fast?

It's true that he picked up a bunch from baseline, but those baseline numbers look low. I also wouldn't call those minimal mods...
