New to this !!! hELP!!!!!

So I have cobalt ss 2009 2.0 turbo and have couple question !!! What tune is legal for my cobalt in California and does anyone know of car tuning in 559 area or 661 area ??? Any help would really help !! I got the k&n intake and mpx exhaust the k&n is not installed yet so please help me out fellow cobalt friends !!!

No to Superchip and hyper chip......god no.

HPTuners is not a TUNE, it's software that a professional uses to write your tune. Trifecta is pretty much canned tunes and has mixed results on who you ask. It's best to find a pro who KNOWS COBALTS (don't give a crap what else they tune or how cool your buddies think the shop is).

There are very few of us out there that REALLY know how to properly tune the cobalt without just jimmy rigging it.

Do u know the shops that do cobalt and the number where they are located ??

If you can't find any reputable tuners local to you at a shop, you could always get the hptuners software and have someone from here remote tune you.

I'd suggest just buying the software and cord. Then have one of the experience people on this site remote tune it for you. It's the best possible tune you will probably get.

For a budget tune, I'd look into the ZZP reflash. It won't get as much power as a custom tune, but much much better than stock from what I've heard (haven't had the pleasure myself yet).
