I bought a 07 SS, 2.4l, basically the car has just been abused.. I sold my 2006 Monte Carlo SS that needed a transmission rebuild and complete front bumper assembly among other parts whenever you tried to drive the thing for this car, (God I loved that car) because I needed someone cheap on fuel and reliable for school, well this car at the moment isn't any of that, within a week 3rd gear grinds the body needs work. But overall it's an alright car. I'm throwing in another transmission soon. My question is what RPO codes should I look out for? I found a 2.2l 07 with 76,000 kilometers on it for a transmission swap. I just want to make sure it's compatible. Also in photos I was alright with the silver dash trim but it was very scratched up, and once I removed the trim, it was very damaged. I found a 2008 G5 at the wrecker today that was an Olympic games SE model, I stole its trim. Going to change the stereo at some point.
