New-to-me 2009 SS/TC
Sup bitches.
Obviously I am not new since you all have been graced with my presence since 2012, but I figured this was still the best spot for this. I recently acquired a 2009 SS/TC to replace my 2006 SS/SC. I loved, and love, my SS/SC, but have wanted more for quite some time. My 06 was more of a "need" than a want and since I had a vehicle for trade it had to come from a dealer. I got it in July of 2012 with 45k on it in a straight trade for my 2008 Toyota Corolla. The SS/SC was pretty basic being that is was not a g85 and had only the basic options. The car served me well, still does, and it now sits with 104k on it after a little more than two years. It was reliable and broke A LOT of hearts.
I have searched for a few month now and finally found the SS/TC that fit all of my wants. G85, RPD, ZZP IC, Charge pipes, BPV, Tuned, and all of the creature comforts (Bluetooth, OnStar, etc). Biggest bonus is that it is blue; the color I originally wanted back when I got my SS/SC.
Future plans for the TC include: Gold MSR's, red brakes, gold intake and charge pipes, VTA BPV, Term 2 retune, sleep eyes delete, tinted tails, and HID retros. Since I have a baby on the way the stock turbo will stay in place, but if I go big it will be the s256.

Car need brake pads out front, a passenger side ball joint, and I am going to replace the clutch line with the bleed valve. The nipple is leaking ever so slightly even fully tight. Also need an alignment.
You ever find someone to trade trunks with? Or you going to just rock it like that?
Term 2 tune is priority. Guy that tuned it was one of those "more timing means more faster" tuners.
I was dead set and putting a highrise on it, but now that I have it I love it like that. Sleek. Clean. And honestly, with the stock exhaust and no wing I hardly get any looks. Pretty nice to not have every fart can try to race me. Now I can pick my races and surprise *************..
