new member, need help

I've been having trouble finding mechs to work on my car that i trust, and the chevy dealership here has just been a rip off.. i have some engine issues and cosmetic issues as well.. i need to find a reliable mech in the area who knows how to work on turbo cars and any reliable places to order parts would be of help.
