New Member New Car
Hello everyone and greetings from Western Mass. I just upgraded from a 03 Subaru Legacy to a 2010 Chevy Cobalt LT. A coworker of mine who drives an SS suggested I check the forum out (I'm not sure if hes a member or not) so I did and after just a day of scrolling I joined up.
I bought my car a little over a month ago with a tad under 10k (no that's not a typo) on the odometer. I bought it from my 90 something year old great aunt and the thing is in more that mint condition.
Here's what I plan on doing in the near future (in order from most wanted to least):
Rims and Tires (I hate steel wheels and hub caps)
Cold Air Intake
Exhaust
Lowering Springs
Programmer
Headlights and Taillights
Spoiler
Also possibly looking to do a drum to rotor conversion in the rear.
I eventually want to turbo or supercharge it but that's a long ways away. I'm open to brand/part suggestions as well as anything else you think would look good.
Thanks!

a friend near me did almost the same thing. his lt cobalt had like 12k miles on it when he bought it last year. I think piecing together the SS body kit would be a good place to start.
and I'm currently looking for an SS body kit, but there aren't to many to be found around here. And I stare and my coworker's coiled SS all day and I just want the body kit. So its gonna take some time and lots is $$
Should I be looking in junk yards or just got stright online and look? (I'm a newb to all this, the most experience I have with modding a car was plasti dipping the crap outta my subi)
Did what?

I have not seen you around. Although you may have seen my buddy, he was black with yellow rims no wing but now he's dark grey with the yellow rims still.
