My son recently purchased a new Jeep Renegade so i adopted his 2008 Sport which I purchased for him new in 08 when he turned 16. Although I have driven nearly every GM vehicle working for them for 20 years, I rarely drove his Cobalt and didn't realize what a blast it is to drive. Now that it's mine I of course need to mod it.
I started out as a Chevrolet / Cadillac tech in the 80's and did that for 9 years before fracturing my back. Went into Automotive training at the college level and then with General Motors for 20 years where i got my engineering degree from GMI. Been doing corporate training ever since and have always loved the GM division.
I have trained at the engineering level Dealer techs bumper to bumper but my expertise is electronics and fuel management. I still own High Gain Tuning - The Aprilia SR50 Experts but am nearing the end of that as the Aprilia SR50 was discontinued recently. I enjoyed the 2 stroke scene and have been working with direct fuel injection since 2001 and even turbocharging them with custom PFI systems.
I'm looking forward to supercharging the Sport now and helping out where I can.

It's nothing to crazy, you're better off just adjusting the MAF then VE like you would for anything else. Tuning the car has been beaten to death over on the hptuners forum, although I'm sure experts like Area47 know little tricks others haven't figured out (myself included)
