Hi All,
So, I've had my Cobalt since 2006, when she was brand new. She is now almost 9 years old with about 136,000 miles on her. Breaking my heart, but my son needs a car and I need something that gets better gas mileage, so I'm in process of passing her on to my 18 year old. She's a victory red beauty. Still nice and shiny, and up until recently has been dependable and way too much fun. Having some problems now, but expect them to be fixed in short order. Please see my post in problems/service/maintenance. I took very good care of her, so I expect this will turn out to be something relatively minor in the end. Once its all done and I pass her on completely, I will get my son involved in this site. However, I'm passing her on to him with the idea that I will occasionally still have the pleasure of driving her. I'll have him sign a notarized agreement attesting to this if I have too (lol). There's an autocross session out in Shelton this Sunday, there will be at least three or four of us there. You should come out and bring the kid, these cars are a blast out there and it's only as hard on the car as you want to be, and it's like $30 a head.
