Hey Im Kendra.... I have a 2007 Cobalt SS 2.0 Intimidator Edition... Bought her (Woodstock as I call her) almost a year ago... Recently she decided on my way home from work to blow out the dipstick and shoot oil all over the engine... Did Compression Test and shows Cylinder 2 isnt hitting on much other Cylinders were good... I have no idea where i need to start with her just yet, She sounds fine as far as running, No oil in the Antifreeze , no water in oil, a mild amount of white smoke comes from dipstick and Oil Cap , She also idles weird when Im at a stop.. with clutch engaged, with clutch not engaged , with air on and air off she just revs like im trying to race everyone... ANYWAY!!! thats our story, Hoping someone can help me figure out where to turn with this and where i may need to start.... Thanks for Allowing me to Join...
Its not only on my Car its all in my manual and paperwork when I purchased. I didnt come to this site to be ridiculed on the type and style , I was looking for answers from fellow Cobalt members to see what they may have been had same issues!

If you don't have compression in one cylinder it means that cylinder isn't sealing somewhere which in your case I would think it would be your rings to cylinder wall because of the excess blow-by you are experiencing. Other members may be able to chime in on additional tests you can do to get a better idea before taking your engine apart.

Waz up I'm Josh. I am moving home to Princeton, NC. When I get there I'm buying a 2009, Cobalt SS. With hope of making a 500hp sleeper. Any and all advice on how to achieve this goal would be greatly appreciated. If at all possible links would be really helpful as well. Thank you

Are you sure about those numbers? You might want to verify those on a Dyno. After all you aren't sure till you run it.
