New SS/TC owner
New owner here from IL. Got tired of the truck, wanted something peppy tjay geys decent gas mileage.
Coming over from the Caliber SRT4 and 11+ Mustang GT world.

Well just put on a trifecta tune. Downpipe is in the mail, and still debating one what intake to get come payday next week.
Just the new tune makes it feel like a brand new car.

Welcome. Looks clean. You definitely got more bang for your buck with the Cobalt.
The stock K&N filter isn't bad. I think it's when people clean it and over oil it that it messes up the MAF.

Yea, bang for the buck was one of the main reasons i bought the ss/tc over the ST and even the 3v GT i was looking at. Especially since i didnt wanna pay a lot of money for another 11+ GT.

bought it after my 2nd deployment, planned on re-enlisting, things didnt match up, ended up getting out. Got a job in West VA, ended up needed a truck, had to sell the 5.0. Regretted it, a lot, but now that i look back at it, having a $400/month car payment really wasnt as fun as the car.
