Zzp header, shorty/mid/long tube? Down pipe stock or zzp also? On this site when you mention a part on your car and there's a beginning and end people expect some elaboration. For instance, "I have zzp 1.75 primary long tube header and 3" catback." "I have zzp mid length, 2.5" catted downpipe and zzp 3" catback" so on and so forth..

No offense but that's got to sound like crap. You don't have the engine to run a full 3" system let alone a cat less system. I can't handle that much rasp but to each their own I guess. That tip is a big no no lol. Bottle necking the end of your system will cause exhaust pulses to race backward and increase pressure in the head. It's like trying to exhale while running and someone blowing the used air back into your mouth...

No that tip is WAY too small on a 3" pipe. If your going to do a side exit you will be better off selling your entire system and buying long tube set up and fabbing a side system to bolt to the collector flange. Your not turbo, you will need some standard issue back pressure for daily driving or that car will be a slug on take off.

How many miles? Stock clutch? Before increasing lower you might want to make sure the power can hit the pavement...

Yes, with a cat and since you want side exit I'd stay with 2.5" pipe. Personally I would just go a totally different route.. i would do a zzp mid length with 2.5" catted downpipe to a electric exhaust cut out with a magna flow resonator welded to a flange for the side exit(for WOT runs) and a zzp 2.5" catback on the other side for daily Driving that's not obnoxious.
