Canada Newbie from Vancouver!

Hey guys,

I've been a long time lurker of this forum and finally decided to try and get involved.

Little bit about myself:
I'm 21, live in Aldergrove BC (about 45min east of Vancouver), I know next to nothing about cars but love the look & design of em. I bought my black 2005 Cobalt LS two years ago and have sunk a bunch of money into it. Part of the reason I'm looking to get involved is to get some tips on where to save some cash and what to do/fix next with my car. Thanks to BC emission laws I had to drop $1850 to fix a manifold leak, and just last weekend my clutch died which ended up putting me back another $2200

mods (almost all done by previous owner) :
- short antenna (which killed my radio.. wtf)
- upgraded sound system (speakers, subwoofer, deck)
- AEM cold air intake
- low profile 18" rims
- viper security system
- carbon fibre trunk and spoiler
- HID headlights + headlight casing
- replaced hood with muted black paint finish
- strut/sway bar (? lol)

Thanks! Do you have any idea if an SS bumper would fit my car? The one thats on there is a little beat up so I wouldn't mind replacing it. Also, where do you guys order stuff like that from?

You'll just look around online. Being in CA limits a lot of it.

You really got taken on both of those repairs, both should have been done for less than just the manifold repair.

Thanks, funny you mention that, they got severely scraped in a parking lot so i ripped them off. I wasn't a huge fan either (from previous owner)
