Hi all new to the forum from northwest indiana. Just bought a silver 2005 Cobalt SS/SC. Im in need of help at the moment has a plastic plug on back of motor toward drivers side that broke and is pouring out oil. Previous owner said its called a heater hole plug. (He pulled it off and no longer has the part so i have no pixs atm) I cant find anything under that name. Any ideas? If it matters at all i believe its a new motor out of a redline. Thanks.
its the thermostat housing. Now if i could just find one thatd be great but it wont let me post in classifieds for some reason and the part is discontinued so gm cant get it for me):
